1. Processing your personal data
Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of your application process.
Any type of application can be sent by mail or e-mail. During the application process we will ask applicants for the following documents and information:
• current CV / resumé
• if required, salary expectation
• earliest starting date
Access to application data is only given to the office management and heads of departments.
2. Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data.
Your application data will only be relevant for the reason of employment. The German Law Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO referring to Art. 88 DSGVO and § 26 BDSG is the legal basis for processing your personal data for contract management.
3. Data Deletion and Storage Time
Independently of the outcome of your application, your personal data will be deleted within six months.
The applicant can give permission for the stored personal data to be kept after the six-month period.
German Law Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO is the legal basis for storing your personal data longer than six months.
4. Objection or removal of personal data
Applicants can object to the storing of their personal data at any time. However, this will result in the withdrawal of the application.
In case applicants gave permission to store their personal data, this can be withdrawn at any time.
The data will be deleted and no longer considered.
