1. Processing your personal data

Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of your application process.

Only the Human Recources Department is allowed to access your application data.

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data.

Your application data will only be relevant for the reason of employment.
The German Law Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO referring to § 26 BDSG is the legal basis for processing your personal data for contract management.

3. Data Deletion and Storage Time

Independently of the outcome of your application, your personal data will be deleted within six months.

German Law Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO is the legal basis for storing your persoanl data longer than six months. In order to do this we need your permission, otherwise we will delete your data according to point 3.
